Goodman, MD has joined its scientific consulting team. Working alongside Cardiocore's Chief Medical Officer Lawrence Satin, MD, FACC, Dr. Goodman will enable Cardiocore to expand its best-in-class consulting services to support its growing base of pharmaceutical and biotech customers. Dr. Goodman, a graduate of Yale University and Cornell University Medical School, founded the leading-edge Cardiology for Clinical Trials in 1992. He directed medical affairs in the cardiac safety services branch of a major CRO from 1994 until April 2007. In that capacity he developed protocols, produced cardiac safety reports and oversaw both global Phase III and Thorough QT studies. Goodman's work is well-recognized and well-published, establishing him as an international thought leader in the area of cardiac safety testing.
